We have finally found a simple solution for dissolving our honey super quickly.

For ginger tea, we now use candied honey—a really good combination of natural sweetness and the pleasant spiciness of ginger. It dissolves much better in hot water instead of settling at the bottom as usual. And all this with maximum convenience.

Traditional cultivation in the heart of China

The ginger used in our product is grown in Yunnan Province, China, where the subtropical climate and nutrient-rich, well-drained soil provide ideal conditions for cultivating premium ginger with intense flavor and high levels of beneficial compounds.

Processing and packaging take place directly in Yunnan, near the farms, to maintain maximum freshness and ensure full traceability from harvest to final product.
